We’ve all done it…
As soon as unexplained symptom arrises we head straight to Dr Google
We hope we’ll find a simple answer, putting our mind at ease, when in fact you get the complete opposite 😅
So you would have been better off going to your doctor!
The same goes for online calorie calculators
You think it’ll be a quick & cheap option to solving your fat loss goals
When in reality in a few weeks time you end up more confused than when you started 😕
You see these calorie calculators are great at giving you a rough estimate of how many calories you need per day, but it is a rough estimate from the little information you give it
They don’t take into account things like:
- how many steps you do per day
- how much muscle mass you have
- your sleep quality
- your stress levels
- your current diet
All of these things & more will determine how many calories you need to lose or gain weight!
So save yourself some time & invest in a fitness professional who WILL take all of these things into account & educate you on how to eat for your body, lifestyle & goals
