Lung cancer remains one of the most commonly diagnosed cancer and the leading cause of overall cancer death. Growing evidence also shows a tendency of higher incidence of adenocarcinoma and advanced stage disease with increased air pollution. NO2 is probably the leading pollutant causing this trend. Our planet our health is ever more important

Today is World Health Day and the theme this year is 'Our Planet, Our Health' 🌍

Environmental factors are believed to be a likely cause behind non-smoking lung cancers.

We must ensure we help reduce pollution in order to improve our overall health.

Massage, a touching reminder,
A softening of muscles, 
A gentler, fuller breathe of life,
A relaxing moment of friendship touching me,
Me letting go,
Healing hands, healing pain I have been hanging on to,
A simple breath of life,
A relaxing shift of consciousness,
Here and now,
Touching here and now,
Touching my deeper human being,
I have stopped doing and started breathing,
Letting go into another breath,
Diving deeper and flying higher than I thought I could.
Amongst millions of blazing stars,
Hanging delicately by a golden thread,
You and I are here,
And that is everything.

Sad to hear of the the recent passing of Micheal Stenton of ALK-positive lung cancer. He really knew how live every moment like his last. I will never forget him riding 80+ miles on our breathe4Life Team Cycle challenge in just one day. Rest in Peace Micheal

One of the few redeeming qualities of winter is snow. There are few things more magical than looking out the window from your house and discovering those first flurries gently falling to the ground. My jungle trees wrapped up for the winter. Sleeping, but still breathing.
