Due to the number of cancellations i’ve now put a cancellation policy in place for my bookings, Pole fit bookings can only be purchased as a block booking to ensure class can go ahead. This will be over a 4 week period. This is the only way I will be taking bookings from now on.

Booking will go live tomorrow to book jan-feb at 6.00PM.

This beginners workshop will introduce of Pole Fitness including transitions, floor work, spins and basic tricks. The aim of our beginners classes is to build your confidence on and around the pole. We encourage you to 'go for it' and have fun. This workshop is for all new beginners who want to come along.

Workshop details:
Monday The 5th of June 7PM-8PM
Located at Buckpool Golf Club
£5 fee for class
