What does our Class Assistant programme offer dancers? 🤝
Being a Class Assistant is about so much more than just helping out in class! It’s a great way to build confidence, gain experience and start developing skills that could help in the future.
Dancers will get the chance to work with younger dancers, inspire them and help them grow, while also discovering their own teaching style. They’ll gain real experience, which can help them become a stronger, more confident dancer and communicator.
As part of the programme, Class Assistants will receive training and guidance to help develop teaching and leadership skills. They’ll learn how to support younger dancers, lead warm ups, demonstrate exercises and choreograph routines.
As they progress, they’ll build loads of confidence, not just in their dancing, but in speaking up, leading a group and being a positive role model for others. 💪
