Workshop: Sound Asleep
An Evening of ecoNIDRA & Sound Bath

We're delighted to announce this brand-new event coming to Zenergy this August. Gift yourself an evening of deep rest and restoration with this immersive experience combining ecoNIDRA and a Sound Bath. It is the first event of its kind at Zenergy and particularly special as only a handful of practitioners in the UK are trained in this approach. We are incredibly fortunate that our very own sound healer, Ian Kershaw, will be leading this beautiful workshop.

Begin with a guided ecoNIDRA journey, a nature-inspired practice of conscious rest designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and regulate the nervous system. You'll then be immersed in the soothing sounds of Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, helping to release stress, tension, and fatigue while restoring balance and harmony.

Together, these powerful practices create the perfect opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Something beautiful is coming to Zenergy with Ian.

Over the coming months we’ll be launching ecoNIDRA, Forest Bathing, Sound Baths and our new extended Eco Sound Asleep experience.

I’ve already experienced all of these sessions myself and they are absolutely brilliant. Deeply restorative, calming and a wonderful way to reconnect with nature, yourself and the present moment.

More details coming soon… but I was too excited to keep it to myself! 💚
