Just getting in from spending 7 hours teaching and an after class chat with my friend and instructor Kwasi. I needed this tonight for my personal mental health and just wanted to say thanks for the chat Kwasi...we all need someone we can talk to and appreciate the additional visit to the school from Lunda and Mike .. my village is big and strong.

Both my daughters have attended classes with Lance Wright at Kung Fu Schools Bromley over several years and it has been just brilliant to watch them grow in strength and confidence every year. Not only is this a great way for them to stay fit and active, but it gives them everything they need to deal with life - dedication, work ethic and most importantly the skills to look after themselves. Neither has ever had any problems dealing with bullies and I'm sure it has helped them build strong and lasting friendships. Lance has created an amazing family-oriented school where everyone is welcomed, encouraged and valued. Thank you!
