Mental health and su***de prevention is a topic incredibly close to our hearts at Rhino.
Su***de remains the leading cause of death for under-35s in the UK. On World Su***de Prevention Day, raising awareness is a vital step toward changing that reality.
We are deeply committed to supporting and continuing the vital work of honouring Harry’s memory.
Harry Southern was a bright, kind, and talented young person who discovered climbing early on. Many of us had the privilege of watching him grow up within the Brighton climbing community. Losing Harry to su***de in October 2023 devastated our community and left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him.
Too many families and communities carry the impact of su***de. Today, we ask you to share this post, break the stigma around mental health, and help raise awareness.
