Grading coming up - booked for Sunday 2nd April 2023 10am in Studio 2 at the Pavilion Leisure Centre in the Glades, Bromley.
nsurance is in date and you have a white Gi, preferably with the club logo

Juniors are welcome to train at both Bromley and Eltham as many times as they wish if they have paid their quarterly fee. try to improve strength and fitness as well as core skills.
