Great to look back at the day Abi Burton came down to Bromley RFC and spent some time with our girls. 🏉🐝

What a performance. Huge congratulations, Abi burton — absolutely brilliant to watch and a fantastic role model for the next generation of girls coming through the game.

We’ll happily claim that the Bromley training session helped made it happen… 😂👀

First full day back for the Bromley Girls and it didn’t take long for the noise levels to return to normal.

🏉 GIRLS RUGBY IS BACK! 🖤💛

This Sunday we kick off the 2026/27 season and we can’t wait to welcome our Bromley girls back for another huge year of rugby!

To all our returning players — welcome back! Time to see your teammates, lace up the boots and get stuck into what promises to be our biggest season yet.

And if you’re thinking about giving rugby a go… this is your sign. 👀

Whether you’ve played before or have never picked up a rugby ball, new players are always welcome. Come down, meet the coaches and the girls, and see what Bromley Girls Rugby is all about. No experience needed.

Our girls’ section has seen significant growth, with more than 100 girls now involved. That does mean we have limited spaces remaining in some age groups, so if you’re thinking of joining us this season, don’t hang about!

The countdown is officially on to the season Kick-off!

Next Sunday, 6th September, Bromley RFC Girls are back for the start of another huge season.

From our youngest U9s right through to the U18 Academy, we’re ready to get 2026/27 underway with 100+ girls, more teams, more rugby and plenty more to come.

Whether you’re returning for another season or thinking about picking up a rugby ball for the very first time — there’s a place for you at Bromley.

The wait is nearly over… Bromley RFC Girls Rugby is back for the 2026/27 season!

📸 And we’re kicking things off properly — our first session will be followed by a Girls Rugby Media Day, with team photos, player headshots and some very special professional sports photography.

New players are still VERY welcome. No experience needed — just come and give rugby a go.

🏉 Hard work paying off! 🖤💛

A few of our Bromley girls have been lucky enough to spend the week at the Harlequins Women 🃏 Residential Camp, making the most of an incredible opportunity.

After plenty of hard work on the pitch, they got to watch Harlequins Women train before meeting new captain (and Bromley favourite!) Aoife Wafer and the brilliant Clàudia Peña⚡

What a fantastic way to spend pre-season, learning from some of the very best and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Now it’s back to Bromley next week with a few more ideas for the coaches… whether we asked for them or not! 😂🖤💛

That’s why Bromley RFC is proud to offer a dedicated Girls U9s/U10s team for School Years 4 & 5.

Our girls train, play and develop together, building confidence, friendships and rugby skills in a fun, supportive environment.

And this is just the beginning…

Our U10s team provides a clear pathway into our thriving U12s Girls teams, where we have development teams to support progression, and girls continue their rugby journey as part of one of Kent’s fastest-growing girls’ rugby programmes.
