David came to me back in 2021 having previously struggled with staying consistent to a gym routine with work and family commitments always taking over.
We focused on 3 key areas to prevent this from happening.
1. We trained early in the mornings. Before anything else could get in the way.
2. Made the most of our sessions. Whether it was 30 mins or an hour, we didn’t waste any time waiting for equipment by creating a programme that was compound movement focused; so he got the most bang for his buck. Which also got him results quicker! 😎
3. We added performance related goals alongside his physique goals to keep his training interesting and motivation high; as every session had a clear purpose & target outcome.
