A huge shoutout to our top goalscorer, Elsie! ⚽🔥

Finishing the season with an incredible 11 goals and 7 assists, Elsie has been a key player for the team from start to finish. Despite being one of our youngest players, she has consistently shown outstanding talent, determination, and maturity on the pitch.
Her hard work, commitment, and ability to make an impact in every game have been a huge asset to the team this season. We're incredibly proud of everything she has achieved and can't wait to see what the future holds for her.
Well done, Elsie – a fantastic season and thoroughly deserved recognition! 👏💙⚽

Our first season may be over, but this is only the beginning 🫶🏻

From our very first sessions with just 4 ladies to a full squad of 30 incredible women 💪🏻, what a journey it has been! We’ve laughed, cried, danced, and kicked a few balls around ⚽️.

This season has been about so much more than football 🔥 it’s been about learning, growing, building friendships, and creating an amazing team spirit. We couldn't be prouder of every single one of you ❤️

Here's to everything we've achieved together and all that's still to come. Looking forward to next season 💪🏻🦉

But they went out there and gave it their all 💪🏻 score line did not go their way but they played for each other and we are proud of them for that 🫶🏻

Well done to both teams for putting in a proper shift in this weather 💪🏻 hope you’ve all cooled down and taken on plenty of fluids!

That wraps up our very first season and the improvements we have seen in every single player and the cohesion within the team has been incredible 🌟

We’re excited to launch our new Walking Football x Mental Health sessions, creating a safe, supportive space where people can connect through football, friendship and understanding.

This is more than football.
It’s about:
✅ Building friendships
✅ Supporting mental wellbeing
✅ Reducing isolation
✅ Creating a welcoming community for everyone

We are currently looking for a Male Co-Coach to help support and grow this important project. If you’re passionate about football, community, and making a positive difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.

Big thank you to Cheltenham Spa Women FC for hosting an u6s 3v3 matchday on the 10th May, providing our u6s girls their first opportunity to play this new format against other local teams. Great fun was had by all, and lots of learning to take forward to the next season. We look forward to more meet ups over the summer 🥰

🌟 Yaz had a brilliant game in between the posts. She made some great saves and brilliantly timed decisions, keeping us in the game when Lydney were on the attack. Massive well done Yaz 👏🏻

🌟 Anika came on at half time and showed real strength at the back 💪🏻 she kept calm under pressure and continuously stopped the opposition in their tracks. Her best game of the season and a well deserved POTM 👏🏻

The ladies had their presentation evening last night 🏆

An evening full of recognition, support, laughter and celebration! What a way to mark the end of the teams first season together. For many of the players, this was their very first time stepping onto a football pitch, making every achievement even more special.

A huge well done to the whole team for creating such a welcoming and supportive space for women from all backgrounds to come together, play football, build confidence and support one another both on and off the pitch ❤️

A special shoutout as well to our manager Wilf Dunne, coach Dave Price and our amazing female seceratary Nikki Wakeman for all of the hard work, commitment and support throughout the season, none of this would have been possible without you 👏🏻
