Autumn marathon season is getting closer!
πββοΈπββοΈEvery runner starts their marathon training block with different goals, experience, time constraints and motivations, so my coaching is always tailored to each individual runner. Together we start by shaping the right training structure, adjust it as life and training evolve, and focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference.
