Wow, Six months of Sunrise Nutrition!

Hello, I thought it was time to reintroduce myself!

I’m Jeannine, a wellness coach and the owner of Sunrise Nutrition in Broadbridge Heath. It’s now been six months since we opened our doors, which feels quite hard to believe.

I’m a Horsham local, a wife, mum to two teenagers and dog mum to Penny. Before this, I worked as a teaching assistant, but after beginning my own health journey, I wanted to create somewhere local where people could receive the support and encouragement that had helped me so much.

Sunrise Nutrition is a friendly breakfast and wellbeing club where we help people build healthier everyday habits. Members come for their morning smoothie, regular body-composition checks, food guidance, accountability and, perhaps most importantly, a warm welcome and a supportive community.

Over the past six months, I’ve had the privilege of seeing so many lovely people make positive changes—not only on the scales, but in their energy, confidence and wellbeing too.

The smiles keep coming for our lovely members. This time it is my lovely friend Emma.

Just 10 visits in and she’s already achieved some amazing results:

💛 4.4kg (9.7lbs) lost
💛 25.5cm gone
💛 Body fat and visceral fat both reduced
💛 Clothes fitting better
💛 More energy
💛 Enjoying her evening walks again

The scales only tell part of the story. Seeing Emma feeling happier, more confident and noticing those everyday wins is what makes this so special.

I’m so proud of Richard. ❤️

Today we celebrated Richard’s latest review.

He’s lost 13.3kg, 70cm, 6% body fat, and 3.5 litres of visceral fat. His metabolic age is now 21 years younger.

He’s enjoying going to the gym, his clothes are fitting so much better, and people keep commenting on how well he’s looking. My favourite comment, though, came from our daughter, who looked at him the other day and said…

“Dad, you don’t have a dad bod anymore!” 😂❤️

It’s made us all smile because it’s such a lovely reminder that all those small, consistent choices really do add up.

I’m so proud of everything you’ve achieved, Richard.

Some people come into your life for a season, and some become lifelong friends. ❤️

Nisha and I have been friends for over 16 years, we’ve been through highs and lows together and I love that I get to see her at our club in the mornings. On the eve of her big birthday weekend, she had her 40th visit review. The results are she’s lost 4.2kg, 32.5cm, and 3.3% body fat, while increasing her muscle mass and hydration. Even better, her metabolic age is now 3 years younger.

But what I love most was hearing her say her skin is clearer, she’s loving her evening walks, her clothes fit better, and she’s become more mindful about socialising. And we all know what a socialite she is! Those everyday wins are often the ones that make the biggest difference. I am so proud of her and grateful that I get to cheer her on—not just as her coach, but as her friend.

So proud of you, Nish. Here’s to the next chapter. 💛

This is the lovely Sarah. 💚

Sarah was one of my very first members when I was a trainee coach, so seeing her latest review means a lot to me.

Like so many of us, life is busy. But Sarah has stayed consistent, planned ahead and kept showing up, even when life has been hectic. That’s exactly why she’s seeing such fantastic results.

☀️ 3.7kg lost
☀️ 35cm gone
☀️ 3.2% body fat reduced
☀️ Visceral fat reduced
☀️ Muscle mass increased
☀️ Hydration improved

The biggest lesson from Sarah’s journey is that you don’t have to be perfect. You just need to keep making those small, positive choices and give yourself permission to make your health a priority.

Sarah, thank you for believing in me right from the beginning. It has been such a privilege to support you on your journey, and I couldn’t be prouder of everything you’ve achieved.
