1. Personalised organising of one room £20 per hour (min 2 hours depending on size/ work needed)

When a new month arrives it gives us an opportunity for a fresh start. If you find yourself worrying that you’ve overindulged through the summer or over the bank holiday see today as the day to get back on track. Don’t spend time punishing yourself for the extra glass of wine or the takeaway over the weekend, there really is no point. All you need to think about is being good to your body now, giving it the right things such as exercise, drinking more water, eating healthier. Small changes all make such a difference to our mood, energy levels and how we feel about ourselves. Remember always do it for you - Happy first day of the month ☺️

Weekend Motivation - when you have events, holidays, days off it can be hard to stay on track. Just remember it’s the little changes that matter on a daily basis. Don’t beat yourself up if you overindulge just a few more steps and a little less food the next day will help you get back on track and keep you focused

A quick simple no prep dinner: marinated prawns, coconut, chilli and lemongrass rice and stir fry vegetables. Cooked the whole thing up (750 calories) and divided into two portions (lunch tomorrow) took less than 10 mins. Dinner doesn’t always have to take ages sometimes convenience is fine just find healthier convenience food like these.

This is something that I tell my clients - the little changes everyday are the ones that make all the difference. Healthier choices, more steps, not having that second glass of wine 😝😱 all makes a massive difference over time and helps to keep the weight off. We all overindulge at times but it is how you manage it that is important. Be 1% better today and make a healthier choice ❤️
