✨ I’m inviting you to join the September Squat Challenge ✨
You don’t have to do this.
You don’t have to join another challenge.
And no - 100 squats a day won’t magically transform your body overnight.
👉 The power is not in the squats.
👉 The power is in sticking to something every single day for 30 days straight.
It might take you 2 minutes. It might take 5.
You can do them all at once or split them into rounds.
You could even do them while watching Netflix.
Simple as that.
By the end of September, you’ll not only have done 3,000 squats…
✔️ Your legs and glutes may feel stronger
✔️ You may notice more tone and endurance
✔️ But most importantly, you’ll have proven to yourself that you can commit, follow through, and finish.
That’s where the real reward lies.
