✨ I’m inviting you to join the September Squat Challenge ✨

You don’t have to do this.
You don’t have to join another challenge.

And no - 100 squats a day won’t magically transform your body overnight.

👉 The power is not in the squats.
👉 The power is in sticking to something every single day for 30 days straight.

It might take you 2 minutes. It might take 5.

You can do them all at once or split them into rounds.

You could even do them while watching Netflix.

Simple as that.

By the end of September, you’ll not only have done 3,000 squats…

✔️ Your legs and glutes may feel stronger
✔️ You may notice more tone and endurance
✔️ But most importantly, you’ll have proven to yourself that you can commit, follow through, and finish.

That’s where the real reward lies.

'The way I feel in my body now is unmatched'

When Mariam first came to me, she was overwhelmed by the same old advice from coaches:

❌ 1200-calorie plans
❌ endless treadmill sessions
❌ cookie-cutter “guides” that didn’t see her as a person

She chose me because she wanted something different...

Coaching that was tailored to her.

Since then, her biggest wins haven’t just been physical...

Have we made it too easy to blame... and too hard to own?

I’ve seen a few big posts lately from people I respect, big influencers, talking about how hard it is to avoid sugar.

Planes, trains, vending machines, cafés… it’s everywhere.

And yes, I agree. The environment makes health harder.

But I also believe this:

We’ve forgotten we still have a choice.

I’ve been giving blood to the NHS for years, and I’m completely against the crisps and biscuits they offer after donation.

I’ve cried, ranted, shouted (to friends 😅) about how wrong it is.

But I walk away.
I drink water.
I prep with fruit.
I bring my own sugary drink.

Not because I’m “better.”
Because I choose differently.
Because I care how I feel.

We can’t keep blaming the system while staying passive in our own choices.

Discipline isn’t punishment.
It’s love in action.
It’s self-respect.

We don’t need another sugar-free challenge.
We need a stronger identity.

One that doesn’t need a big challenge...

Because we already act like the person we want to be.
