Quick update on the competition:

Due to the high level of interest, I’m going to delay the winner announcement by a couple of days.

This is why you should ENTER my COMPETITION to WIN a Month or 4 FREE sessions of PT/Pilates with me.

Olai has made incredible progress over the last 6 months. I'm so happy and proud of her progress.

Hey guys! I rarely share these types of things, but I was chatting with some friends and they were asking me about my personal training service and what I do..

As I was reflecting over the past 10 years I started realising how crazy some of the recent client wins have been and the impact this is having on their lives.

So I wanted to offer something to people in the Brixton, Camberwell, Herne Hill, Streatham area who want to feel stronger, improve posture and mobility, an opportunity to do some work with me for free.

I'm offering this for the next 7 days only.
