Thank you to everyone for attending our awards ceremony today.

What a season the boys have had. We are incredibly proud of every single one of them and everything they have achieved this year.

The only disappointment is that we couldn't give each player an individual trophy, as they all deserve recognition for the effort, commitment, and attitude they have shown throughout the season.

Now it's time for the lads to enjoy a well-earned break before we come back and smash it again next season.

Thank you to all the players, parents, and supporters for being part of another fantastic year.

With only 8 players available this weekend, the lads faced a huge challenge—playing the entire match a man down against a side with a full squad and substitutes.

What followed was an outstanding performance full of determination, resilience, and true teamwork, securing a brilliant 4–0 win against the odds.

Every player gave everything, battling for every ball and keeping Newton Town to very few chances, while still managing to play some quality football.

A fantastic effort all round and a great way to finish the league season on a high. Well done to everyone involved 👏

Back to winning ways today with a dominant display against a tough Dawlish side who didn’t make things easy for us 👏⚽

Arguably the lads’ best performance of the season — creating plenty of chances and battling from start to finish 💪

Before the game, we asked the team to use the wide pitch to our advantage, and they executed that superbly. This was perfectly shown in Otis’s second goal, coming from a brilliant team move down the left wing 🔥

Player of the Match goes to Jake 🏅 — an outstanding performance across defence and midfield. Calm on the ball and delivering some fantastic passes under pressure 👌

Proud of the whole team today — quality from start to finish 🙌

A disappointing result for the lads against a good Ogwell team. The lads were arguably the stronger team for large parts of this game, we just needed to be more clinical in front of goal.

Despite the result it we were really pleased with some of the Plplay especially in the wide areas of the pitch.

It was just a couple of mistakes that was the difference, but everyone should be pleased with their performance.

Congratulations to Jonas for being voted player of the match, battled all game in defence, and managed to get a goal as well.

Every single player was superb today, putting all the hard work from training into the game.

Today's game was a tough battle against an evenly matched team, with the pitch and conditions always likely to play a big part.

The boys started strongly in the first half while shooting down the hill and kept the opposition under constant pressure. We eventually got our reward when Lincoln broke down the wing and delivered a cross for Luke to score.

The second goal came directly from a corner. Arthur put the ball into the box and it somehow squeezed all the way into the back of the net, following Zach causing chaos among the defence and goalkeeper.

Barton managed to break away and pull one back against the run of play just before the half-time break.

We started the second half strongly as well, and a nice move between Lincoln and Otis set Luke through on goal. He grabbed his second of the game after the keeper saved his initial effort.

After this goal, Barton grew into the game and began putting us under a lot of pressure. They grabbed two goals to level the game at 3–3. The boys showed real determination to hold on, with Will making a superb save after Barton had a shot from a dropped ball on the edge of our area.

This result is a real benchmark of how the boys have grown as a team this season. Last season, this is the type of game where our heads might have dropped and we would have eventually lost. Instead, every player kept battling until the final whistle.

Harry was Player of the Match today with some excellent play in the centre of the park. He worked tirelessly with his defensive duties and was constantly breaking up Barton's counter-attacks.

In the end, a draw was probably the fair result for both teams.

A well-deserved win for the boys today after the best part of two months off.

After such a long period without a game, it was always going to take a big effort to get going again. However, the lads worked their socks off from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the commitment and effort shown by every single one of them.

With the wind behind us in the first half, we kept KM United pinned in their own half for large spells. The only surprise was that we went into the break just one goal ahead, after Adam finished off a lovely passing move assisted by Harry.

In the second half, we had to contend with playing into the wind. Adam grabbed his second of the game following a great assist from Zach.

We added a third when Lincoln broke in behind the defence and showed great determination to follow up his initial effort, which had been saved by the goalkeeper, and slot home the rebound.

KM grew into the game late on and managed to pull two goals back, setting up a tense finish.

An outstanding Player of the Match performance from Will, including a string of excellent saves, ensured we held on to secure the win.

Well done to all the lads today – a fantastic team effort 💪⚽

Today's game was a tough experience for the boys playing a team from 2 divisions above in pretty dreadful conditions.
We started well and were rewarded when Lincoln audaciously lobbed the keeper (even if it was a cross)
Things sadly went downhill from here. We were outclassed by a better team who wanted it more.
We did manage to get a second late on when some persistent pressure caused an own goal. But it was not meant to be today.

The players of the game today were Lincoln and Luke, both taking our pregame instructions on board to keep battling for the whole game and keeping the pressure on the opposition. We could not separate them as they were both warriors today.

Thanks again to all the parents for braving the weather with the lads. Your support is appreciated as always.
