It is with great sadness that Briton Ferry Town Cricket Club pays tribute to the late Stephen Royston Barwick , who has sadly passed away.
Steve was a true cricketing legend, who represented both Briton Ferry Town Cricket Club and Glamorgan. He was regarded as one of the finest bowlers of his era and leaves behind a remarkable legacy within Welsh cricket.
Yesterday, our club honoured Steve’s memory with a minute’s silence before the game, as players, officials and supporters came together to pay their respects.
Our thoughts are with Steve’s family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and playing alongside him.
Rest in peace, BAZ. A True Legend of the game. 🏏
