For me, that means getting clear on what matters, taking one step at a time, and making room to adjust along the way.

As a life coach, I believe real progress comes from:
✅ Getting clear about your goals,
✅ Finding a realistic way forward,
✅ Taking action,
✅ and learning as you go.

I know life can be complicated. Many of us face setbacks, doubts, and times when everything feels out of balance. What matters most is not avoiding those moments, but how we respond to them.

When I started looking at becoming a coach in 2024, I visualised stairs going up to an open door which didn't reveal what was behind it.
I felt unsure about climbing the stairs as I couldn't see where they would take me so I talked to people about the journey and I got a resounding Yes to my enquiries.
Then I started studying with Wellcoaches and going through the exams and the practices until I graduated in March.
Today, I am standing at the door and it feels both exciting and intimidating to start a new chapter in my life but I know in my hear that I am ready to be at service to others again, this time one a 1 to 1 basis.
