What a Fit Class looks like with Pilates By Ella 💗 💪🏻🔥

A sneak peak into a Fit Class with these lovely ladies! Are you looking for a challenge? This shows what class looks like with audio! It is a safe environment to try new movements and to push yourself. There is never any pressure, just encouragement and support throughout.

This just shows some snippets of a 50 minute class, not including the warm up, cool down or relaxation part of class. Also, only showing a layer to each exercise, which is built up through progressions during class.
