From hitting the gym 5 times a week with a mix of strength training, cardio, and conditioning workouts, to incorporating stretching and mobilising exercises, Marc has truly transformed his lifestyle. 🏋️♂️🤸♂️
He’s put a massive focus on nutrition—cutting down on alcohol and embracing fresh, home-cooked meals packed with protein, fruits, veggies, and pulses. 🥦🍗🥗
The results speak for themselves: Marc has lost an outstanding 31kg, including 19kg of fat, and despite losing 10kg of water weight naturally, he’s increased his muscle mass by an impressive 2kg! 💥💪
Marc keeps track of his workouts and metrics all with the help of my personal training app. Helping him to stay focussed and on track.
