The Tuesday session is only 60mins but is probably the toughest one of the week. Doesn’t matter if you’re a fighter or a newbie you’re guaranteed a good workout.
Fundamental techniques on the pads with a bit of exercise thrown in.

Not the result we went for but an honourable draw for last Saturday in his K1 title fight on Caged in WsM
Credit to his opponent who played a brilliant counter striking game plan. He was tough as nails, and managed to beat the 8 count after Benny turned up the aggression & dropped him in R3
