am by Ms Elise, 5th Degree Black Belt. Ms Elise has been training in Taekwon-Do for 29 years, with 25 years teaching experience of all ages and abilities. Hanham and Downend Taekwon-Do is a member of the Professional Unification of Martial Arts.
