Little Pumas for 4-6 year olds
Junior Taekwon-Do age 7-12
Senior Taekwon-Do age 12+ and adults

am by Ms Elise, 5th Degree Black Belt. Ms Elise has been training in Taekwon-Do for 29 years, with 25 years teaching experience of all ages and abilities. Hanham and Downend Taekwon-Do is a member of the Professional Unification of Martial Arts.
