Our newest (and tiniest!) member of the team joined us in the middle of July - baby Reagan 💙

Welcoming a newborn in the middle of the summer holidays, with two other boys to keep entertained, has definitely been equal parts brilliant and challenging! 😂

It’s also been a really lovely time to reflect on why I started Freyja in the first place. Fitness has played such an important part in each of my postpartum journeys, and having that experience has always been a huge part of why I’m so passionate about what we do.

Having another baby has been a good reminder (and motivation!) of exactly why Freyja exists - to help women feel strong, confident and like themselves again, whatever stage of motherhood they’re in.
