Can we all just take a moment to appreciate the hard work and dedication this took.

This is what 2 years of consistency looks like.

From eating takeaways regularly → meal prepping on Sundays.
From no exercise → weight training 5x a week.
From lounging → walking to and from work, every day.

6 stone down — but the real transformation isn’t just the weight loss.
It’s the habits. The discipline. The lifestyle shift.
