Can you believe it's nearly been a year since Danny did the burger diet? πŸ”

4 weeks. 2,000 calories a day. Cheeseburgers for lunch and dinner. The goal? Lose body fat while eating mostly burgers.

A great reminder that fat loss isn't about eating "perfect" foodsβ€”it's about creating a calorie deficit and being consistent.
