For over a decade, we’ve delivered science-backed, soul-driven Pilates to help you move better, feel stronger, & live well. We offer a mindful mix of Equipment, Reformer and Mat-Based classes (Pilates, Yoga, Barre and PHiiT) alongside 1:1 Sessions across our two dedicated studio spaces, all with the aim of creating a mindful movement experience like no other. Join us on Saturday 27 June at Soul Bishopston for an afternoon of Reformer Pilates, post-class drinks & nibbles, and a chance to experience the studio in a relaxed and welcoming way.

Whether you’re trying Reformer for the first time, getting back into movement, or wanting to see what Soul is all about, our Open Days are the perfect opportunity to step into the studio.

Yesterday our founder attended the event at The Soho Hotel, where we were honoured to receive the Pilates Studio Award for our region 🎉
