To the little girl who changed my life.. There was a time when Faith was on oxygen and so dependent whilst driving her anywhere alone I'd be constantly checking the prongs were in her nose or that her lips weren't blue and I'd have to forever be worrying about something going wrong or losing her forever! Her life at times was so fragile and seeing someone you love that much fighting to survive used to kill me inside, I always flood those moments with positivity because when I allow it in then I realise those moments have affected me massively!! The moral of my thoughts are that no matter the situation especially where a lot individuals maybe now with this pandemic and mental health then please just focus and find solice in the things that you have right in front of you that money cannot buy which is the love of friends and family that surround you and that we are here together to fight another day to smile and be happy ❤️❤️ Positive actions bring positive changes 👌✌️ Have a great weekend

Roll Models youth mentoring and Coaching primarily love to advise the 1 to 1 individuals to further their journey by becoming part of a team or community, so far we have had some really amazing stories of people starting with not much confidence and self esteem joining forces with the team at Gracie Barra Westbury and really embracing jiu jitsu and all that comes with it 🤼‍♂️🇬🇧🇧🇷🔥🔺 If you are having any issues we are here to help or be a listening ear to then put forward an action plan and start getting results from children right through to the elderly ✌️ get in touch for any further information 😁

Final Jiu Jitsu session of the term tomorrow for 1 school that has a real close place to my heart , amazing kids who haven’t been granted the best start but are continually improving with the help of the superb teachers they have helping them and also with Jiu Jitsu ❤️ looking forward to handing out the most improved award and the best Jiu Jitsu player of the year ! This as they know resembles their attitude and character off the matts just as much as on. I’ve kept books given to me by some people I had always looked up too so hopefully they know how proud I am of all of the efforts they have made to achieve great things and keep pushing forward 🇧🇷🤼‍♂️🤼‍♀️ positive actions bring positive changes

On top of teaching Jiu Jitsu in schools , Roll Models Youth also offer 1 to 1 mentoring sessions with anyone who may need a helping hand , today was a great day out in Bath with our 1st ever Mentee Dan who never fails to make me smile , comic shop , burger and some shopping for his sisters birthday present 🎁 have a great weekend watching England win and spending time with those who you love ❤️
