International travel. Oxford via the Forest for A Cornish pasty in Wales and a first 200 mile day. Lessons learnt: still don’t know what food to eat/take on a long day, good days suddenly feel awful, and then good again so keep moving, coffee stops need to be snappier and how fantastic it is at night to see no lights anywhere from the top of the Marlborough Downs, just wind and a sense of miles and miles of bigger all - magnificent. @ The Seven Bridge
