Bradley Scott’s record on mine is 106,000 with a right shove hook.

Kicks ranging from 60,000-,90,000 are standard amongst hard kickers.

Joe Rogans record is actually over 140,000 so not even close.

As for punching power,, 135,000+ is truly insane power, a sledge hammer will score around 100,000 😱
