I'm getting a little foodie rampage.
Thought I'd share what my body consumed this morning after a workout at
I've been craving vegan croissants but unfortunately and don't get them delivered from on Sundays and Mondays π What are vegans meant to do on those 2 days? π€£
Instead I came up with another scrummy concoction using ingredients from:
In the past, I've been vegan for 6 months, back in 2016 and it was the best decision for my health at the time, all whilst training for a half marathon.
Right now my vegan journey looks like this...
π₯ 3 months being vegan
π₯© 1 weekend being non vegan (eating what every I want)
Go back to being vegan for 3 months have a weekend off... And so on.
I'm finding it not so effortless, unlike living back in Australia. Roll on the day when my life continues out there π
Consciously being vegan since the beginning of this year, I've learnt SO much. I've been experimental and tried all sorts of brands and I can tell you now, I've had some s**t "facon" π€£π
Any way, that's my boring post for you today.
