Welcome to the team.. Meet Liz

Liz is originally from a sports background with extensive experience in the fitness industry where her passion has focussed around core stability and resistance training.

Liz’s personal philosophy is based around making clients feel comfortable and confident in a fitness environment, so they can begin to facilitate long term change for themselves.

She is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the fitness industry and has worked with commercial organisations towards welcoming people from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of the gym you can find her facilitating online workouts, lifting workshops and outdoor sports activities for local community groups.
