Wanted to highlight some of this week’s wins from the WWJ team cos I’m feeling super proud!!! 🥹✨

The people who get results aren’t the ones who never have an off-plan meal, miss a workout, or enjoy a holiday.

They’re the ones who get back to their routine quickly.

One thing I say to my clients all the time is don’t try to “make up” for a weekend away, a few drinks, a takeaway, or a missed workout. You don’t need extra cardio, starvation calories, or punishment.

Just get back to normal.

Consistency isn’t about being perfect 100% of the time. It’s about not letting one off-track moment turn into an off-track week.

The faster you can reset, the more successful you’ll be long term.

Get back to your usual routine. Your next meal, next workout and next day matter far more because consistency alwaysss wins !

You already know how to work hard, you prove it every day at work. But when it comes to yourself, why is that the thing that gets pushed to next week?

I do understand we are busy, but you do *not* need to spend hours in the gym to change your life. You just need to start giving yourself the tiniest level of commitment and intention that you give to everyone else!

When you start putting your health first, your energy, confidence, mood, sleep.. everything else follows.

You are worth an hour of your time 🙏🏻❤️

Your body doesn’t really know the difference between intense workouts, lack of sleep, under-eating, work stress, life chaos etc… it all adds to the same stress load.

So if you’re already running on empty and trying to “work harder” by doing more HIIT, more cardio and eating less, sometimes it can actually make things worse instead of better.

And left wondering why you’re doing it all, but not seeing progress??

Most people don’t need a more extreme plan. They need a routine that actually supports their body and nervous system enough to stay consistent.

Better sleep, enough food, strength training, daily movement and managing stress properly will usually get you much further than constantly trying to punish yourself 💯
