4 years ago today I found the best Zumba class ever with the amazing and I love absolutely everything about this class Mon has created - the playlist and choreo are off the scale awesome and the vibes and positivity! Over 4 years it's been the glue for all my mental and physical health and wellbeing and fixed my dodgy knees! From walking so nervously into that first class to being inpsired to become a zumba instructor myself I still now look forward to my fix of Zumba with Mon several times a week!
