STANDIND DUMBBELL PRESS 🔥📈
🔹The standing dumbbell press means you cannot cheat the weights! The weight must be light enough for you to get it overhead
🔹This reduces your likelihood of injuring the shoulder
🔹Having your hands, elbows and shoulders in line recruits more of your upper-back and is super beneficial for stabilising the shoulder joint
