We’re inviting local people to join our Ride, Roll & Stroll focus group and share your ideas about:

✨ What would help you be more active
✨ How we can make our community more inclusive and supportive

Your voice matters! 🗣️ Come along, share your ideas and help shape what’s on offer in Brighouse.

🧤🌿 Litter Walk with The Space @ Field Lane!🌿🧤

Today we joined The Space @ Field Lane for a community litter walk around Brighouse! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

It was great to get outside, get active and work together to help keep our local area looking its best. 💚

A big thank you to everyone who came along, grabbed a litter picker and helped make a difference! 🙌

It’s amazing what we can achieve when we come together as a community. 💪

🌱 Move more. Connect with others. Care for our community. Every Wednesday from 10:30 and enjoy an tea or coffee afterwards at the community hub

What a brilliant day yesterday with the Shooting Stars! 💫

It was fantastic to see everyone getting active, trying new things, getting involved and enjoying being outdoors together. 🚶‍♀️♿🚲🌳

At Ride, Roll & Stroll Brighouse, we believe being active can look different for everyone — whether that’s walking, rolling, wheeling, playing, exploring or simply getting out and about. 💚

Yesterday was all about movement, fun and making memories together and the Shooting Stars certainly brought the energy! ⭐️

🌳💚 What a fantastic Love Parks Week!💚🌳

Last week we had the pleasure of celebrating Love Parks Week by bringing fun, activity, and community together in our local parks! 🌞

🚲 Love Parks Bike Day was a brilliant success, with families enjoying balance bikes, cycling activities, and building confidence on two wheels. It was fantastic to see so many smiles and people discovering the joy of cycling.

⚽🏃 We also joined The Space @ field lane Sports day at Bramston Street Park, where children and families got involved in a range of fun sports and games, bringing the community together and encouraging everyone to get active.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, took part, and helped make the week so special. Events like these show just how important our parks are for bringing people together, supporting healthy lifestyles, and creating lasting memories.

We can’t wait to see you at our next event! 💜

🚲🌳 We’re having a fantastic day at Love Parks Bike Day!🌳🚲

It’s been brilliant to see so many children, families and local residents getting involved at Wellholme Park today! 💚

From learning new cycling skills and enjoying the balance bike sessions to getting bikes checked at our FREE Dr Bike stand, there’s been something for everyone. 🚴🔧🥤

A huge thank you to everyone who has come along and to all our amazing volunteers and partners for helping make today such a success. 👏

🚲🌳 Love Parks Bike Day is coming to Brighouse! 🌳🚲

Looking for a fun, FREE family day out this summer? Join us for Ride, Roll & Stroll – Love Parks Bike Day at Wellholme Park, Brighouse on Wednesday 29th July!

🎉 There's something for everyone!
🚲 Balance Bikes (10:00am–12:00pm) – Perfect for beginners aged 2½–7 years.
🚴Bike Park (12:30pm–2:30pm) – Have a go on our ramps and skills course for pedal cyclists aged 4+.
🔧 Dr Bike – Bring your bike along for a FREE safety check and basic repairs throughout the day.
🥤 Smoothie Bike – Pedal your way to a delicious, healthy smoothie!
🎯 Plus, enjoy games, activities, challenges and plenty of family fun throughout the day.

✨ Bikes and helmets are provided for children up to 11 years old.

🌿🚶 Another fantastic Monday morning on our Ride, Roll & Stroll Brighouse Wellbeing Walk!

This week we took some time to slow down with a few simple mindfulness exercises, helping us to connect with nature, take in our surroundings and enjoy the benefits of being outdoors.

Along the way we were treated to some amazing wildlife sightings, spotting a variety of birds, butterflies and other local wildlife as we strolled together. 🦋🐦🌼

Our weekly wellbeing walks, delivered in collaboration with Ramblers, are free, friendly and open to everyone. Whether you’re looking to improve your wellbeing, meet new people or simply enjoy a gentle walk in nature, we’d love to welcome you.
