Most women I work with don’t fall out of love with exercise…They fall out of love with how it feels.

Because somewhere along the way:
👉it stopped working
👉it started feeling harder
👉their body didn’t respond the way it used to

And no one really explains why.

Menopause changes how your body responds to stress, recovery, strength training… all of it.

That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
