We're not a typical gym.

🔥 5 ways to not undo your week over the weekend

Weekends are where most people lose the plot.

Mon–Fri: dialled in. Sat–Sun: chaos. Then Monday rolls around and you're back where you started.

Here's the fix 👇

1️⃣ Stay active early, get a walk or session in before the day runs away with you

2️⃣ Don't skip meals then absolutely batter a takeaway at 9pm

3️⃣ Drink more water than you think, especially if you're drinking alcohol

4️⃣ Plan ONE proper treat, not a 48-hour free-for-all 🐷

5️⃣ Loose routine, not no routine

Reminder: your calorie target isn't daily, it's weekly.

If your goal is 2,000/day, that's 14,000/week.
1,800 x 5 + 2,500 x 2 = same number.

You don't need a perfect weekend. You just need one that doesn't undo the week 💪

People think the answer is more:

More sessions. More sweat. More intensity. More 6am starts.

But if your sleep's wrecked, your food's all over the place, and your routine changes every single week…

I hate to break it to ya but more workouts won't fix it

Real progress isn't built in the gym alone. It's built in the 23 hours you're not in the gym

Four long years. Not "took a break for a few months." Four years

After hitting rock bottom with his mental health, the thought of stepping back into a gym was so daunting he wasn't sure he could actually do it

Try this — high protein, easy, takes longer to eat than to make 👇

• Wholemeal wrap
• Grilled chicken or tuna
• Mixed salad
• Greek yoghurt + lemon + garlic + a bit of salt (your sauce, basically)

Wrap it. Eat it. Done.

⏱ Faster than a Tesco meal deal
💪 30g+ protein
🥗 Actually keeps you full till dinner

Meals like this are why "I don't have time to eat properly" doesn't really hold up.

Fat loss is far simpler than the internet makes it sound.

The internet will tell you to:
❌Cut carbs
❌Cut dairy
❌Fast till lunch
❌Do some magic workout
❌Buy some powder that tastes like regret

In reality?

Most people just need to:
✅Move more
✅Train consistently
✅Eat a bit more mindfully
✅Sleep a bit better
✅Stop quitting every time they have one off day

That’s the boring answer.
And it’s also the one that actually works.

You do not need another hack.

Thinking about getting started?

Then this is worth understanding…

A lot of people spend weeks stuck in motion thinking they’re making progress.

Looking up gym memberships.
Researching the “best” fat loss foods.
Saving workout videos.
Asking around about calories.
Telling themselves they’ll start when life calms down a bit.

That’s all motion.

And motion feels productive, because you’re thinking about it, talking about it, planning it…

But none of it actually changes anything.

Action is different.

Action is booking the tour.
Action is turning up.
Action is doing your first session, even if you feel a bit nervous.
Action is getting started before you feel fully ready.

And that’s the bit most people avoid.

Because motion feels safe.

You can sit in motion for weeks and tell yourself you’re “working on it”…

when really, you’re just delaying the bit that actually matters.

Simple dinner idea for a busy weeknight:

Chicken
potatoes
veg
olive oil
seasoning
tray in the oven

Minimal effort.
Tastes good.
Easy to track if you want to.
Easy to repeat if you’ve had a long day and can’t be arsed cooking something complicated.

Nutrition works best when it fits your life.

Not when it turns into a second job.

5 things that make fitness easier:

1. Training at the same times each week
2. Going somewhere you don’t feel judged
3. Knowing exactly what you’re doing when you get there
4. Being around good people
5. Focusing on consistency instead of perfection

That’s it.

Not detox teas.

This is what showing up looks like.

Not perfection.
Not doing everything right.
Not some mad all-or-nothing overhaul.

Just normal people who finally stopped putting it off…
got out of their own way…
and committed to doing something properly.

A lot of these superstars 🌟 were either:
• unsure what to do in the gym
• hadn’t trained in years
• had never really been at all
• or had been going through the motions without the structure and support to actually see the results they wanted

And that’s where most people get stuck.

Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they “don’t want it enough.”

But because trying to do it all on your own is hard.

It’s easy to overthink it.
Easy to lose momentum.
