There’s something extra special about this one…

When someone in the industry trusts you with their journey 🥹

Amy is an amazing Pilates teacher who’s recently opened her OWN studio! (go follow her 👏) She is an absolute powerhouse and so passionate about her work.

Movement has always been part of her life but last year, Amy felt like she needed some coaching to help her find her way again and realign with her goals.

Here’s what she said:

“I have always loved being active but over the last few years I had totally lost my confidence in both my running and the gym, and also lost that love I used to have for keeping fit!
I approached Jade as I wanted to be strong again, and find my confidence in the gym but also re ignite my love for running.
I understand how important it is as we get older to stay strong and that’s all I wanted, to look after my body! We only get one!
Jade is fab, she just gets it, a normal person who is there to support and guide you in the right direction!!”

Meet beautiful Teri ✨️

Teri approached me for online coaching back in January.

Her words were 'Jade I need a kick up the arse.'

She began her fitness journey last year and was lacking motivation. We soon identified she needed more tailored support with her nutrition, lifestyle and training.

As a working mum and wife, time is precious and we needed to find the right balance to fit her busy schedule and help her realistically achieve her goals.

Now we are in March and Teri is back in the game once more. More motivated than ever and...

First Week Of November 🍂

✌️ I was miraculously hangover free after spending the weekend away with friends celebrating my upcoming big birthday 🎂

🏊‍♀️ I swam in the pi***ng down rain, outside in November!

😋 I enjoyed some amazing food and cocktails... including my favourite brekkie - bacon & maple syrup pancakes 🥞

💪 I spent many hours coaching all of my powerhouse clients - everyone is SO focused on pushing hard before the party 🎄 season hits us!

🧘‍♀️ I trained in the gym, attended two fabulous pilates sessions and even managed a run!

🏥 I went for an MSK appointment regarding my dodgy hip, next stop MRI ✋️

Here's to another week balancing the art of chasing goals, living life and of course getting older 👵🫶

Lets build a PRETTY back 😍

Lead with your elbows – think about driving them towards your hips, not just yanking the rope or dumbbell with your hands. It completely changes the movement.

Control every rep – don’t rush the lowering phase. Slow it down and keep the tension on the muscle. That’s where the progress happens girls!

Stretch and squeeze – go through the full range of motion, and don’t be afraid to pause for a second at the top. Feel that contraction.

Keep your ribcage down & core engaged
This protects your lower back, keeps your form tight, and helps you feel the right muscles working.

Train from different angles – mix your vertical pulls (pull-ups, pulldowns) with horizontal pulls (face pulls, rows) for a strong, balanced back.

The MF that is our Menstrual Cycle.

Your cycle affects energy, strength & recovery. And its a real pain in the ass.

My advice is to train WITH it not against it.

Some weeks you can push harder, and some weeks you have to know when to rest.

Track your cycle and identify your phases - use it to your advantage.

Everyone woman is different. You know your body best.

You are capable, and you are strong 💪✨️

✨ 1 Year as a Qualified Personal Trainer ✨

This week marks one year since I became a qualified PT, and 4 months since I took the leap to run my own little business.

In that short time, I’ve been lucky enough to work with over 20 amazing women and men, and I can't believe im actually saying this, but my in person diary is now nearly full 🥹

For me though its not about numbers. I just wanted to do what I love, everyday, and now I am 😍

Its all still so new to me and in this job, every day is a school day. You dont really 'learn' until you qualify and you are putting everything into practice. I still get massive imposter syndrome and criticise myself heavily, but I always pride myself on putting my clients at the heart of all that I do.

I honestly feel so grateful that people choose to spend their time and energy with me — showing up, putting in the work, and allowing me to be part of their fitness journey. Thank you so much for the belief and the trust ❤️

To every single client, fitness professional, and my wonderful friends and family who have supported me so far - thank you! I wouldn’t be here without you, and I’m so excited to see what the next year brings ✨️

Meet my lovely client - Ellie 🫶

Ellie came to me for coaching at the end of June this year.

Ellie had slowly gained weight, was not exercising and had an unhealthy relationship with food. She has a very demanding job and was lacking energy and motivation - she was fed up of feeling rubbish and knew it was time to change 💪

Ellie was also a complete gym newbie so this was a big step for her.

Over the past 10 weeks we have worked together step by step to overhaul her lifestyle, both in and out of the gym.

Ellie is now training consistently, making progress every week with her weight training and growing in confidence every session.

Nothing complicated, just simple, effective exercises with progressive overload over time.

We have drilled down into her diet, ensuring she is eating a good balance of high quality foods that will support her energy and hormone levels and fuel her correctly, keeping her in a calorie deficit to aid fat loss.

She has still enjoyed social occasions and meals out but is now much more mindful around her food choices.

There are no secrets here - if you combine the correct diet with an effective exercise programme and you are consistent - you will make progress.

Ellie has lost 1 stone 2lb and is now absolutely thriving ❤️

These catchy challenges are everywhere.

They hook you in.

And sure, you may see some fast results if you really lock in.

However, true fitness and good health is not completed in 6 weeks. Its an ongoing journey, with no 'finish' line - its a permanent lifestyle change.

This is why I personally, will never promote these types of trends to my clients.

I am a firm believer and living proof that real progress takes time, patience, and consistency.

These sorts of plans often sell you unrealistic timelines, extreme methods, and feeling like s**t when you realise it isnt sustainable.

Everyone’s body responds differently, and lasting results don’t come from eating the calorie requirements of a child or doing endless hours of cardio. They come from building habits you can actually stick to LONG TERM.

I’d rather help someone feel stronger, more confident, and healthier for life than promise a short-term transformation that leaves you struggling to maintain your extreme 'diet'.

If a client wanted to achieve fat loss quickly for an event, I could of course give them the tools to achieve this - but its important not to forget the bigger picture 🫶

50. Nervous. Never stepped foot in a gym.

That was my client Neil, just 3 months ago.
He nearly didn’t walk through the door.

He thought he was too old, too unfit, too late to start. He showed up anyway.

And now?

🔥 Body fat dropped, muscle gained
🔥 Muscle showing in arms, chest & legs
🔥 More energy than he’s had in years
🔥 Strength through the roof

Neil isnt just changing his body - he is changing his ENTIRE lifestyle. He wants to be around to see his children and grandchildren achieve their goals, and he is smashing his in the process.
