So yes, I can do this, not always but most of the time… it’s something my body can do but there are thousands of things that my body can’t do that other people’s bodies can. Part of it is anatomy, part of it is working out, persistence, consistency, and for this, probably the many years of ballet training doesn’t hurt!!
My Tuesday tip this week is that we should be proud of what our bodies can do , whatever that may be and confident in the knowledge that if you put in the time and effort you can improve so many things whether that’s just standing tall when you walk to improve posture, full splits or dead lifting your own body weight!
