I’m going to mention the C word Christmas 🎄 In 15 weeks time it will be Christmas Eve 😱

💃🏽✨GIRL MATHS ✨💃🏽
A mince pie = 225 calories
A glass of mulled w**e = 175 calories
That’s 400 calories of Christmas maths.

But one Zumba class = approximately 400-600 calories burned, so basically……….

🥧 + 🍷= 💃🏽
Christmas treats are FREE!

The Zumba class has technically paid for its self.

It’s not exercise it’s financial management🤪

Come dance, burn calories, laugh and make room for more mince pies 🥧 🎶🎵

Mondays 6-7pm
Pavilion
7th, 14th, 21st & 28th

Thursdays 9:30-10:30am
Community Centre
3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th

ROCKFIT
Wednesdays 6-7pm
Park Community Centre
2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th

Our Red leader at talking about Ai music. I am 100% behind everything that Hannah has said. I will not use any Ai tracks in either my Zumba or Rockfit classes. It so hard for people to get noticed in the music industry and Ai is only making it that much harder.
