All abilities welcome! Whether you're a total beginner or experienced yogi, everyone is welcome to pause, relax and release in this soothing 1.5hr workshop to help you release any blocks holding you back and restore your energy.

Workshop includes:

-Use of yoga mat & blocks (but you can bring your own if you wish)
-Time to reflect & release in a guided meditation
-A warming Vinyasa Flow yoga practice
-A soothing restorative Yin Yoga session
-Savasana (relaxation)
-A single card reading
-Opportunity to stay afterwards for warming vegan chai and autumn bakes!

I have a brand new Yoga class at Bridgnorth Leisure Centre on Tuesday nights! It's pretty busy so if you can't get a spot remember I do teach at Highley Severn Centre too, and independently on Thursdays in Bridgnorth.
