£1.50 Contribution per person at fitness first GYM in Shepherds Bush. Non Members welcome. All levels welcome :))))

A hour of holistic fitness class for women : 30 min fusion cardio & 30 min toning, stretching and meditating.
Regular sportswear with trainers .
Please bring along a yoga Matt if you have one .
