One of the biggest misconceptions in fat loss is believing that more exercise that you do, automatically equals better results.

However, the true reality is, that it’s much easier to consume calories, than it is to burn them off again!

A single high calorie meal, regular snacking or few drinks, can easily outweigh the calories burned during any kind of workout.

That’s why successful fat loss, is definitely not, built on endless cardio or weight training sessions.

It’s built on a structured nutrition plan, adequate protein intake for your personal requirements, strength training and consistency!

Exercise always remains, incredibly important for your overall health, fitness and muscle retention.

But when it comes to losing body fat, nutrition is usually the biggest lever you can pull, to enable you to reach your Goal.

After 24hrs of crazy insane racing around the country in a minibus with Kev the guide from . Expertly driven by Ste and Mick, transitioning from Ben Nevis, to Scafell Pike and finallly to Snowdon like clockwork.

Mission accomplished by and me, raising awareness and vitally needed funds for and .

We have done the hard work, now all you need to do is dig deep in your deep pockets to give anything you can! 🙏🏻❤️

Good morning everyone, today we drive to Scotland and the final probation for the weekend challenge.

I will be doing the National 3 Peaks 24 Hours Challenge to Conquer Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. These are the 3 highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales – all in under 24hrs · starting at 0800hrs on the 30 May 2026.

The challenge it self will be hard enough, not to mention very challenging for my 2 x artificial knees. I’m doing this in aid of prostate cancer UK. So if you can spare a penny two or I’d like to see the price of a pint of beer or glass of wine and please click the link in my bio and give whatever you can to a very worthy cause that affects many and devastate more.

Are you not getting the results you want?

STOP Constantly Changing your Approach!

3 Reasons why this is happening:
1. You have No consistency in your training, because you are not sticking to, the program or applying the same amount of effort each time you train.

2. You are not tracking your training results, therefore you have no data from session the session to ensure your progressively overloading your muscles. Therefore, no data, no results.

3. Every time your training is not going the way you want it to. Instead of sticking with it, you start program hopping, chasing the perfect program!

3 Simple Solutions to apply:
1. Commit to a 12+ weeks program, and push for consistent progress!

2. Start tracking your training data consistently. Recording all your results either on your phone, with a notebook and pen.

3. Do not make, big changes to what you’re doing so often. Use your data to enable you to, adjust slowly, so that you can see the progress in both your trainer results and your body.

Apply, these small changes to what you, are doing if this is applicable to you. If so, I can assure you, that you will see a difference in your body and your training progress.
