Try this bodyweight HIIT 🔥🔥🔥 No equipment needed. Works the whole body.

Perform each exercise for 40 secs and then rest for 20 secs.
Repeat for 3-4 rounds.

1. Sit throughs
2. Crab toe touches
3. Burpees to Tuck jump
4. Plank shoulder taps
5. Drop squats
6. Lizard jumps
7. Step up downs
