The Splash Dragons may be planning plenty of summer shenanigans — from Zumbathons and Sound Baths to Dawn Til Dusk, Lake Coniston, Blues in the Barn and our epic 150-mile Splash Dragons - Lido Lunacy swim from London to Cardiff — but let’s not forget WHY we’re doing it.

💦🐉 Dawn Til Dusk: DONE! 🐉💦

Yesterday the Splash Dragons took on the Go Big Events Dawn Til Dusk challenge and swam an incredible 15.7km — that’s 628 lengths of a 25m pool! 🤯

A fantastic day of swimming, teamwork and determination as we continue preparing for our epic 150-mile Splash Dragons - Lido Lunacy swim from London to Cardiff this September.

Every stroke is helping us raise funds and awareness for . ❤️
