A busy, working mum of two little ones, Nikisha came to me with clear goals: to tone up, lose fat, feel confident using gym equipment, use her gym time to de-stress, and most importantly, to enjoy the process.
I created a simple, effective meal plan to fuel her and take the stress out of food, a straightforward gym programme to build confidence and master the movements, and we set realistic lifestyle targets.
