ONLINE COACHING CLIENT | 🖤

A busy, working mum of two little ones, Nikisha came to me with clear goals: to tone up, lose fat, feel confident using gym equipment, use her gym time to de-stress, and most importantly, to enjoy the process.

I created a simple, effective meal plan to fuel her and take the stress out of food, a straightforward gym programme to build confidence and master the movements, and we set realistic lifestyle targets.

I believe in starting with a plan that isn’t overwhelming. I ask my clients to nail the basics, then we BUILD as the client GROWS 📈

And that’s exactly what Nikisha has done. She’s stayed consistent since day one, educated herself along the way, and we’ve gradually raised the bar each week. Now she LOVES going to the gym, and we’re over 10kg down 👏🏼

Meet Lauren 👋🏽

Lauren started back at the gym in October last year, around six weeks after having her second baby. She was feeling really low and knew she needed to do something for herself. She began calorie counting and rebuilding her routine and after losing 5 stone, she wanted to take things to the next level. Improving her strength training and properly understanding nutrition rather than guessing her way through it.

She started coaching with me 11 weeks ago with the goal of becoming fitter, stronger and more confident. Not just physically, but mentally too. She is now nearly 10kg down.

The moment that changed everything ✨
“I could feel myself starting to really suffer with postnatal anxiety and depression, so I knew something needed to change. It felt like it was either going to the doctors or getting myself into the gym. Looking back, I definitely made the right decision. And having two boys, I also knew I needed to be fit and healthy to keep up with them.”

Her biggest win 💪🏽
“My biggest win has been losing almost 6 stone naturally. Alongside that, going from not being able to run for even one minute to now comfortably running 10Ks has been massive for me. I also feel confident walking into the gym to strength train.”

Beyond the physical 🧠
“It’s given me confidence not just in the gym, but in life in general. Hard times in everyday life. Kids, work, stress don’t get to me as much anymore, and I handle things a lot better. Meet Emma 👋🏽

When Emma first started, she was struggling with her mental health and hadn’t been to a gym in 8 years.

She wanted to rebuild exercise into her routine, feel fitter, and take her mind off the winter blues. Seeing my page on Instagram gave her the push to finally start 1:1 PT sessions in mid-December 2024.

The moment that changed everything ✨
“I was suffering with anxiety and knew I needed something active to help alleviate stress. All it took was a short message to Ffion to start doing something proactive for my health, both physically and mentally.”

Her biggest win 💪🏽
“As much as I love seeing PBs with weights and running, for me it’s the simple everyday things. Taking both my kids’ car seats out of the car without breaking a sweat, running for over an hour without stopping. These feel like huge achievements.”

Beyond the physical 🧠
“I wanted someone to hold me accountable when motivation dipped. Ffion helped me embed exercise into my weekly routine. Now I get really grumpy if I don’t train! Exercise isn’t a chore anymore, it’s a necessity. My mindset has shifted, and I barely crave sugary or processed foods anymore.”

Advice for anyone starting 💬
“You don’t have to run marathons straight away. Even small steps, like increasing daily steps or water intake, make a difference. It’s normal not to know where to start. A coach takes the guesswork out and supports you along the way.”

LAUREN’S JOURNEY 💫

“I’ve been training with Ffion since April this year, and it’s been such a journey! After every check-in, I always say that Ffi is the ultimate cheerleader.

She’s helped me progress so much with my lifting in the gym (hello PBs 💥) but also completely transformed my attitude towards food. I now focus on eating more clean, whole foods that still satisfy me but are so much better for my body, and they’ve made a huge difference in my progress.

Both my body and my mindset have changed massively since April, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without Ffion’s support and guidance.

Don’t get me wrong, there have been plenty of holidays and weeks where I’ve struggled, but Ffi is always there to pick me up with no judgment, just kindness, encouragement, and motivation.

I can’t wait to see what the next stage of my journey looks like with Ffion. It’s also been incredible to watch her business grow and see the impact she’s having on so many others 🤍”

8 weeks complete on the Summer Shred Programme for 🎯

Sofia has shown what true commitment looks like.

She’s dropped 2kg, reshaped her body, and achieved all of this while still enjoying the occasional social event, proving results don’t have to come at the cost of balance.

Starting a new routine isn’t easy, but she stayed accountable, asked questions and made the programme fit around her job and normal life.

Celebrating one year of FWPT 🥂

& what a journey it’s been!

One year ago, I was starting from scratch.

Today, I’ve built something that’s changing women’s lives and it’s only the beginning.

In 12 months, I’ve gone from starting as a personal trainer to seeing my online coaching truly take off.

Now, I’ve made the exciting decision to step away from face to face PT and put my full focus into growing my online business.

My mission? To help women achieve goals they once thought were out of reach, whether that’s smashing performance targets or transforming their body composition.

I give 100% to every single client. I build real relationships, keep them motivated and challenge them each week to push past limits and become the best version of themselves.

I lead by example, over the past 12 months, I’ve challenged myself in every way possible and will continue to strive to be better. I motivate my clients to do the same.

A little announcement from me… 💬

It’s bittersweet to say that I’ll be leaving as a PT at the beginning of August.

What a year it’s been. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some truly incredible people and I genuinely wouldn’t be where I am now without each and every one of you.

A massive thank you to Dale, Leon, Cian, Hannah, Jacob & Lloyd… and of course Shelley, for the support you’ve given me from the very beginning. It’s something I’ll never forget 🙏🏼

And to all of my clients, old and new, thank you. Whether we worked together once or you’ve been with me from the start, I’m so grateful for your trust, your effort and the energy you’ve brought to every session.

Over the past few months, my online coaching has really taken off and with some life changes happening behind the scenes, I’ve decided it’s the right time to step away and give my full focus to the online coaching world.

The exciting part? I now have more time and space to work with you and I’m officially looking for 10 females who are ready to start their journey.

Not just for the typical reasons like fat loss or getting “back on track” but because you’re tired of feeling stuck in the same cycle.
