It’s Hair Loss Awareness Month and my hair is thinning!

Ad | Apparently only 12% of adults are following the dentist-recommended oral care routine, so I’m trying to make sure I’m not one of the other 88% 😅🪥

Ad | I used to think brushing harder meant brushing better but it turns out my gums probably didn’t agree 😅

Now I’m much more conscious of how I brush, because feeling confident in my smile really matters to me. Two minutes, twice a day. Four minutes for something I use every single day? I can definitely make time for that 🪥✨

And that super-clean feeling afterwards is perfect. 👌

AD Mum life means I’m basically running on reminders, apps and whatever tech can make life a little easier.

One of my favourite recent switches has been swapping my manual toothbrush for the iO. I love that it actually helps me see how I’m brushing, from pressure control to coverage and making sure I hit that full 2 minutes.

One less thing for my brain to remember, and my teeth definitely appreciate it 🦷 🙌

Gifted ✨ I don’t want to look 25, I just want my skin to look GOOD at 46! 😂

Perimenopause has made my skin ridiculously dry, so when Farhana invited me to her gorgeous new in Manchester to try a Seventy Hyal skin booster, I jumped at the opportunity 👀💉

I love my Apple Watch but it looks ugly when I’m dressed up. I saw someone on the other app putting a hinged bangle over their watch but there was no link.

So I’ve searched far and wide and found a hinged bangle that covers my watch (it’s not marketed to do that, just fits over really well). And it was only £15!!
