NEW AT FIT AS – FOUNDATIONAL FITNESS

Starting this April, we’re launching a brand new beginners class at Fit AS.

Foundational Fitness will run every Tuesday at 6pm and is designed for anyone who wants to start their fitness journey or return to it in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

If you’ve ever felt like everyone else in a class is fitter, stronger or more confident than you, this is for you. This session is about building skills, improving strength and developing confidence at your own pace.

The aim is simple: help you feel comfortable walking through the door, learn the foundations properly, and give you the confidence to try other classes when you’re ready.

You do not need to be fit to start. You just need to start.

The class will be led by Alex, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

If you’ve been thinking about coming to Fit As but weren’t sure where to begin, this is it.

Exercise has given me so much more than strength.

It’s given me clarity on the days my mind felt noisy.
Confidence when life threw curveballs.
Energy when I thought I didn’t have any left.
Purpose at a time I needed something just for me.
Community — women who cheer each other on, even on the tough days.

Start your day strong, calm, and full of energy 💪

Our Morning Workouts run year-round — giving you motivation, movement, and a supportive community to keep you consistent.

Led by Alex and Leah, each session brings something different to keep you inspired: Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebells, and Strength training — suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Weekly Schedule:
Monday 6:00am – Strength & Interval Training
Tuesday 7:15am – Yoga
Wednesday 6:00am – Kettlebells & Conditioning
Wednesday 7:15am – Pilates
Thursday 7:15am – Pilates (repeat session)
Friday 6:00am – Strength

Each class lasts 45 minutes — easy to fit in before work, school runs, or the day begins.

Monthly Rates:
▪Yoga or Pilates – £5/month
▪Yoga and Pilates – £9.99/month
▪Strength classes (Mon/Wed/Fri) – £14.99/month
▪All classes – £19.99/month

Come and join our Morning Workouts — the perfect way to start your day feeling strong, focused, and energised!

Priced at just £19.99 per month, these sessions are an affordable and effective way to build strength, move better, and stay consistent.

Led by Alex and Leah, our workouts include a mix of Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebells, and Strength Training — all suitable for both beginners and more advanced clients.

💪 Class Timetable:
