💚 My next Sangha is on Sunday 27th September, 10.00-13.00, at Old Park Meadow, near Great Dunmow.

The theme is The Practice of Letting Go — inspired by the beautiful yogic principle of Aparigraha, or non-grasping.

🍁 As we move into autumn, we'll explore the idea of gently releasing some of what we may be carrying — whether that's tension in the body, old stories, expectations, worries or the need to keep doing!

We'll enjoy a simple and nourishing morning of:

✨ Meaningful yoga
✨ Breathwork
✨ A little yogic philosophy
✨ Reflection
✨ Deep relaxation
✨ Time to pause and simply be

No need to "let go" of anything before you're ready... just an opportunity to soften, notice and perhaps loosen our grip a little. 🍁

🌿 Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is pause.

This Sunday 26th July, I'm holding a small day retreat called Sacred Pause. It's shaping up to be a lovely small group, which means plenty of space, individual attention and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere.

🌿If life has felt busy, noisy or simply full, perhaps this is your invitation to spend a day slowing down.

We'll share:

✨ Traditional hatha yoga
✨ Breathwork
✨ Meditation
✨ Time in nature
✨ Gentle reflection and connection
✨ Yoga nidra

Together we'll explore the four beautiful qualities of the heart—loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy and equanimity—and leave with a little more space to breathe.
